Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and csz888 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website accessible at csz888.cam and all associated services, features and content offered therein.

4.1 Age Requirement

4.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold a single registered Account. The operation of duplicate accounts, accounts in the name of another person, or accounts opened with false identity information is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to violate this policy may be suspended or permanently closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

4.5 Exclusion from Play

You must not open or use an Account if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion measure on the Platform or any related platform, or if you have been prohibited from using the Platform by csz888 for any reason.

Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full functionality of csz888, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete and current information. The following requirements apply:

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Currencies

Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Platform supports PKR transactions. Conversion from other currencies, where applicable, is performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6.2 Payment Methods

csz888 may reference familiar Pakistani payment channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual examples of the types of payment options that may be available. 6.3 Minimum Deposits

6.5 Responsible Use of Funds

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits and free spins offered by csz888 are subject to individual bonus terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:

7.3 Abuse of Bonuses

Systematic abuse of bonus structures, including the use of arbitrage strategies, collusion or the opening of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Gameplay Rules

The following rules govern the use of csz888's gaming products, including the sportsbook, slots, live casino and all other game types:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical processes. csz888 does not manipulate game outcomes;

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on csz888 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information at registration or during KYC;
• Operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person;
• Collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or other technical means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or system glitches to gain an advantage, whether for personal benefit or to the detriment of other users;
• Money laundering, fraud or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct towards csz888 support staff or other Users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or distribute any content or software forming part of the Platform without express written authorisation from csz888.

Intellectual Property

All content on the csz888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, audio clips and data compilations — is the property of csz888 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works based on the Platform content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice displayed on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• csz888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• csz888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• csz888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• In jurisdictions where limitations of implied warranties or exclusions of liability are not permitted, csz888's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by csz888

csz888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring Account closure;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or related financial crime.

13.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting csz888 support. Account closure requests are subject to resolution of any outstanding wagering activity and withdrawal processing. Upon closure, remaining verified balances will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which csz888's operating entity is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

csz888 does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to its gaming licence. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under Pakistani law.

Changes to These Terms

csz888 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users by email or in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
